 By booking a trip through our website, you´re deemed to have agreed to its terms of use.

 Please read the following general terms and procedures very carefully in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood these general conditions of your preferred trip. All terms and conditions mentioned below are applicable for bookings made through our websites or our payments E-links,

N.B:- in order to enjoy your hassle-free trip, please consider details concerning the special conditions of the different reservations that are written in each service, in terms of what they include and what they exclude in services

Acceptance

By the time you have read our terms and conditions and you did tick it upon finalizing the payment procedures, it will be understood that you have accepted all our Terms and conditions and have agreed to abide by them.

Pricing

Our pricing policy assures you of reasonable pricing for the right value you get (either economic or deluxe) along with the convenience of making reservation online.

Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per person or per unit basis in $, and does not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, extra drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry.

The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as fuel price increase or additional taxes imposed by government.

However, we are committed, without any extra supplement, to the products, which are already reserved and paid 100%.

In case of requesting any of our services, this does not mean a guarantee unless you get our confirmation and you do follow the payment requirements, We do not hold any reservation requests, and they are always subject to availability at the time of actual and paid booking, yet the just quoted rate might change on the basis of actual availability of the service.

In terms of any immediate deals or promotions, our prices are valid for the period mentioned and are subject to the terms and conditions applied to that particular deal or promotion.

Methods of Payment

Our payment gate way accepts almost all major credit cards. When paying with a credit card, clients are required to submit their credit card number to complete the transaction. This in turn will appear on your statement. All online purchases are by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers.

*Cash payment, bank transfers and physical presence of credit and debit cards payment, paid directly by the clients are acceptable.

Confirmation of Payment

Upon confirmation of the booking, payment is required according to the reservation payment policy. Without the payment, the booking will be cancelled or amended. "ETB" shall inform you of any changes in price, and only after your confirmation; we shall process your booking. The cost any non-utilized services in the spot will be not refundable.

Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. It is printable and it is produced as evidence of payment to the service provider for your tour package. Yet, make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

Timing of Payment

The time of your reserved trip is the main guide to the timing of payment according to how far or close the period is

Deposit

Individual Bookings will be required to pay 25% deposit of total amount upon booking during normal seasons to secure all their reservations. 

Individual Bookings will be required to pay 50% deposit of total amount upon booking during the High Season “Christmas, New Year and Easter period” to secure all their reservations.

Egypt travel Booking accepts the deposit through Western Union, Bank Transfer or by Credit Card (Visa Card or Master Card). 

Individual bookings rest of Payment 

We accept the rest of payment in either of the following ways:
- On Cash basis upon Arrival to Egypt Travel Booking representative 
- By Credit Card (Should be Visa or Master Card) upon Arrival, and it should be the same Credit Card of the same Traveler, not any other Credit Card. 

Documents required for credit card Payment 

in case you prefer to pay by Credit Card, kindly note that our Bank ask the following documents “Our Banks regulations for payment by Credit Card”

  • A copy of your passport Signed with your signature 
  • A copy of your credit card both sides Signed with your signature
  • A written authorization signed by you, which will allow All Tours Egypt to charge your credit card

Your signature should be the same signature on your credit card.

Group Bookings Deposit

Group bookings will be required to pay 50% deposit of total amount by Bank Transfer to Egypt Travel Booking bank account upon booking to secure all group reservations. 

Group Bookings Rest of Payment 

Group bookings will be required to pay rest of payment “The other 50%” by Bank transfers to Egypt Travel Booking Bank account maximum one month before the arrival date of the group.

Cancellation and No-show

Cancellation and No-Show Policy are variable between the different services, so please check it carefully for each service you reserve.

Payment done by credit card online, will be charged 6% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.

Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable

In case of cancelation, you are kindly requested to e-mail "ETB" to cancel your Trip. 

The following general conditions may be applied in the case of any cancellation unless there was another condition agreed to your reservation:

The following charges will be applied in case of cancelation: 
45 days before arrival, 6% of the deposit will be charged as Bank fees transaction. 
From 40 to 30 days before arrival, 25% of total amount will be charged
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, 50% of total amount will be charged 
From 14 to 8 days before arrival, 75% of total amount will be charged

From 7 to 1 days before arrival, 100% will be charged (Total Amount of the Tour price)

Moreover there will be cancelation fees for domestic flights according to domestic Airline cancelation policy. 

Cancellation Procedures and Itinerary Amendments

Prior to making cancellation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package.

For the cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you send a written notification of cancellation to "ETB".

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know by email or phone, everything related to confirming the cancellation of the booking as well as the fees that you have to pay."ETB" is not responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us. The same is applicable in case you want to make any changes in your travel arrangements like the travel date or accommodation. All costs incurred due to amendment of any of the above issues, will be borne by the client.

In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances,"ETB" shall try its best to provide alternative dates for the services being used. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure.

Cancellation due to rejection of visas by the concerned consulate, the said client will have the option of postponing his/her tour to any other future date or transferring his tour to any other tour and in such a case, a transfer fee will be applied for the transfer of the tour.

However, if the client books and pays within the cancellation period and is unable to travel due to any reason whatsoever including non-availability of visas or any travel documents, the cancellation policy will apply.

If the services you have chosen are refundable, only then our cancellation policy of 20% refund is applicable.

No Show

If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling not allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.

Refund Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions of the services purchased:

Refund or cancellation of the visa services used by the client are non-refundable, the same in case the visas are rejected by the Immigration Department. In case of cancellation of the visa by the client, charges are applicable and are to be borne by the client.

The air ticket /hotel refund and cancellation is subject to the cancellation and refund policy of the airline / hotel chosen by the client.

In the case of cancelling our transportation services, 50% cancellation fee shall be borne by the client, if the cancellation is done 24 to 48 hours prior to the utilization of the service.

If any mistakes are made by "ETB" staff, applicable paid cost will be refunded after further review before refund.

The refund claims process is as follows:

Refunds are processed within 30 days of our receiving full information from the client.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

In case of refund for any of our services, the client is liable to provide "ETB", either the original receipt of the purchased services or the invoice number and bank reference number in case of an online booking.

Refunds will be made to the same account of the client and will be with the same method of payment the client has made,

Hotel Accommodation and Check-in – Check-out Policy

If we are not able to trace accommodation in your preferred hotel, we will do our best to provide you with an appropriate alternative of similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. "ETB" is not responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests, which the hotel doesn’t comply with due to their busy schedule

Travel Insurance

"ETB" shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries the documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, we advise passengers – irrespective of their nationality –to check with their respective country’s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

Website Usage Restrictions

All content in this website, including logo, images, information on tour package, pricing details, and other relevant details, are property of "ETB". Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you acknowledge and agree not to exploit, copy or modify this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.

Complaints

Because you are very important for us and your satisfaction is our main target.

In case of any complaints against our service during your tour trip inside Egypt,

- Please notify "ETB" tour manager or your guide immediately and he will do his best to handle it.

- In case the situation is not settled, please contact our customer support team who will act accordingly for faster management,

- Even after you return home if you are not satisfied with any of our services, please drop an e-mail to C.E.O and you will get an answer within 7 working days.
